Customer Service Order Status Most items will ship in 3-5 days. Fine Art and American Art may take two weeks as special packaging and handling is required. Shipping The shipping method depends on the size of the order but most orders will ship via USPS ground. Only USPS shipments will be shipped to a P. O. Box and may involve additional shipping charges. Large orders will ship via UPS ground. Fine Art and American Art will be shipped the best way possible to protect the art work and will be determined at time of shipment. Please provide complete shipping address including Avenue, Road, Street, Lane, etc. and Zip + 4 zipcode. It will expedite the order. Quality We offer only top quality items. Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied, contact us for a replacement or a refund. About 1/2 of 1% of our customers find our product was not what they were looking for. Our reputation is important to us. We process refunds with the same priority as new orders. Return Policy Everything is done to ensure your order will be packaged with the utmost care. Any merchandise that is defective or damaged in any way will be promptly replaced. Please keep original packing materials as this will need to be returned with any damaged items.
