Order Status

Most small items will ship in 3-5 days. Fine Art and American Art may take two weeks as special packaging and handling may be required. An email will be sent to notify you of the shipping details. If you have any customer service questions or want to check the status of your order, please send an email via the "Contact Us" page.


Payment Information

We accept the following methods of payment:

     Check - Money Order - Master Card - Visa - Paypal

(Paypal using Check/MasterCard/Visa/Discover/American Express/eCheck)

Our credit card processing is performed by Paypal so when you go to pay for an order it will take you to Paypal.  If you scroll down on first page you will see where you may enter your card information and not have a Paypal account.  If you have an account near the top of the page you will see where you may click to get to your Paypal account.

There will be a 10 day hold on your order for personal checks.

The shipping method depends on the size of the order but most orders will ship via USPS ground. Only USPS shipments will be shipped to a P. O. Box and may involve additional shipping charges. Large orders will ship via UPS ground.  Fine Art and American Art will be shipped the best way possible to protect the art work and will be determined at time of shipment. Please provide complete shipping address including Avenue, Road, Street, Lane, etc. and Zip + 4 zipcode. It will expedite the order.



We offer only top quality items. Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied, contact us for a replacement or a refund. About 1/2 of 1% of our customers find our product was not what they were looking for. Our reputation is important to us. We process refunds with the same priority as new orders.


Return Policy

Everything is done to ensure your order will be packaged with the utmost care. Any merchandise that is defective or damaged in any way will be promptly replaced. Please keep original packing materials as this will need to be returned with any damaged items.   If you purchase a damaged item that is on sale at a discounted price (American Art item) it is not returnable or refundable.   Before you purchase one of these discounted pieces, please contact us for more information or photos of the item. Please use the "Contact Us" page or call 530-214-8447.
