Triple Buffalo Patina Sculpture
Triple Buffalo is a Patina Metal Sculpture with Feathers. Using copper, brass, steel, or chrome plated steel, each piece is hand cut with a oxy-acetylene torch. The pieces are hand formed and welded together. Colors in the metal are achieved through either heat, chemical patinas, metal dyes or copper enameling. When each piece is completed it is sealed with a coating of clear acrylic enamel. This means that the colors that you see in the meatl when you purchase it will not change. Polished metals are heavily coated to retain their appearance. Native American decorative work is done using natural materials, such as glass, brass, bone, wood beads and feathers. Approx. 20" long
